Return Period:

• Customers have up to 7 days before the event date to make changes to their order (subject to availability).

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made within 7-13 days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 6 days or less before the event date are non-refundable.

Damage or Defect:

• If any rented items are damaged or defective upon delivery, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will provide a replacement.

Change of Date:

• We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the new date, subject to availability.

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of the refund request.

Exceptions:

• Some items, such as customized or personalized decorations, may not be eligible for returns or refunds.
